We first recycle our plastics by shredding and compounding them. During this stage, we apply our unique technology and process to the recycled plastics so they are ready for yarn extrusion.

We then extrude our materials into yarn. We create filament yarns to prevent fiber shedding. Zero water or chemical dyes are used in our entire process.
Fabric
Made in North Carolina
We knit our yarns into fabric. We can achieve specific, unique fabric properties by altering the knit structure of our fabrics.
